Oct 11/22 - Noel Millions Joins Covalency Coaching & Consulting

by: Chantel Butt, Founder & CEO

Covalency Coaching & Consulting is on a mission to help Canadian professionals and organizations capitalize on the opportunities that arise from disruption through our two lines of business (leadership/professional development and change management).

To do that, we need to practice what we teach.  We are embarking on a journey to build a national network of talent coaches and consultants, which is why I am ecstatic to announce that Noel Millions is joining Covalency Coaching as a Senior Associate.

When you meet Noel for the first time, you immediately know that he has a passion for building genuine relationships and forging partnerships.  In fact, walking down a street with Noel is a true testament to his ability to forge genuine connections - you can't walk very far without bumping into Noel's friends, colleagues, or clients.

I first met Noel through the Royal Roads Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate Program as we were part of an assigned team.  Our team was full of high performing drivers, and Noel was able to establish right away a team norm of focusing on relationships (and not just results).  Through our transformational educational experience, I have learned that Noel is genuinely focused on building bridges and forging relationships, and that shows in his work with local communities, Ministries, Regulators, and Indigenous communities across AB, BC, and the NWT.

Noel brings almost two decades of leadership experience within the oil and gas industry into his work, focusing on supporting leaders and teams to achieve results with a complex business environment.

His experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and serving as a board member allows him to bring a wide perspective to the table and facilitate win-win solutions.

I was honoured to have worked with Noel through the Royal Roads Executive Coaching Graduate Program, and I am thrilled to have an opportunity to continue to work with Noel.
