  • Support organizations as a mediator, a governance advisor, and coach for professionals, leaders, and executives

We are experiencing a major disruptive period in the professional industry.  I believe that genuine engagement with a common purpose builds bridges and fosters relationships, and that creates the foundation for navigating change and disruption.

My work supports leaders, teams, and organizations to be able to:

Certifications

  • Certified as a ACC (Associate Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation

  • Certified as a CEC (Certified Executive Coach) through Royal Roads University

  • Conflict Leadership Certificate through Alternative Resolution Institute of Alberta 

  • Certified to provide the Insights Discovery assessment tool

  • Professional Surface Landsman (PSL) through CAPL

Qualifications

  • 25+ years in formal roles within oil & gas industry (supporting Stakeholder, Indigenous, Government Relations)

  • 25+ years in various work functions (project management, negotiations, partnerships)

  • 18+ years leadership experience (front line to senior management, including mentoring, coaching & developing professionals and leaders)

  • 8 years in conflict resolution/mediation (currently Mediator & Mentor for Alberta Justice’s Civil Mediation Program)

  • 10 years Board of Directors - CAPL (now “CALEP”, Canadian Association of Land & Energy Professionals, culminating in the role of President in 2018/19)

  • 2 years Board of Directors - AAPL (American Association of Professional Landmen)

  • 1 year Board of Directors - CSUR (Canadian Society of Unconventional Resources)

  • Current Energy Industry Chair - Olds College
